Karin Silver has been an Operational Sales and Marketing Executive in Real Estate Development for over 25 years, with key management experience in generalist and specialty roles. Her expertise lies in establishing pricing and product strategies to maximize revenues and absorption to the builder/developer.

Karin owns her own Real Estate Brokerage Company. She has previously held Vice President and corporate roles with prominent residential builder developers such as, Pulte Group, Inc., Centex Homes, Del Webb, Inland Homes and Arthur Rutenberg Homes and has worked specifically in the markets of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Texas, California and Arizonia. Her expertise in recruiting, hiring, and training sales teams as well as the use of metrics and performance assessments has rendered her an invaluable resource to developers.

Pearl is a seasoned executive level sales and project management strategist with a track record in builder/developer national brand, product and operations strategies.

Her specialty lies in intelligent new development and real estate sales and marketing strategies, where she implements vision into real world scenarios and ensures through strategic planning that marketing and sales goals become commercial reality. She is the connecting factor between the builder/developer and the teams that make any project a success.

Pearl’s areas of specialty include: sales, sales management and training, business development, recruitment, brand development, project management and entrepreneurship. She has an extensive 25-year background as a national account director and a multi-million dollar B2B track record in sales across the United States in the retail, consumer goods, luxury brands, mortgage and salon industries, including national level operations for corporate and niche boutique companies.
